1Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and ROHIT ANANDA MAHADIK, operating under the brand name "BillZo" ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BillZo application as well as any related media, mobile application, or services connected thereto.

By accessing or using BillZo, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the application (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

3User Representations

By using BillZo, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You will not access the application through automated or non-human means.

4User Registration

You may be required to register to use BillZo. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

If you grant access to staff members via the Access Manager feature, you are responsible for their activities under your shop account.

5Subscriptions & Payments

BillZo offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Business, Scale) with varying features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Razorpay for the subscription fee at the applicable rate.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.
• Add-on packs (extra bill capacity) are one-time purchases valid for the current billing cycle.

6Free Trial

We offer a 30-day (1 month) free trial of BillZo with access to premium features so you can fully evaluate the platform before making a purchase. At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to the Starter (free) plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the free trial.

7Prohibited Activities

You may not use BillZo for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass security features or subscription limits.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application.
• Using the application to generate fraudulent invoices or bills.
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the application or its infrastructure.

8Limitation of Liability & Data Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BillZo, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from system failures, server downtime, security breaches, or technical malfunctions.

9Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the application, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting our support team.

11Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of India. ROHIT ANANDA MAHADIK and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
